5 ways life in Iran is Nothing Like you think

I normally won’t link to humor websites here, but this one is pretty good.  With Iran in the news at the moment I’m glad stuff like this is out there to counter some of the other narratives.  Last night I saw Robert D. Kaplan speak (which was amazing) and when someone asked him what he thought the most dangerous country was, he said Iran.  His answer surprised me, I personally think it is a toss up between Pakistan or North Korea, but his reasoning was that there was a weakening on the regime and a power struggle going on at the moment coupled with their involvement in Syria.

Some of the things in the Cracked article I’m not sure about, and others I’ve heard about from people who know about Iran, but it’s interesting and not a bad way to learn a bit more about Iran.

Thanks for the heads up, it does look like a good group. What do you think, can they negotiate in good faith? Can we?
